1. Open Guest Ordering and sign in with room 1208 and surname Tan.

2. Confirm a breakfast slot and set, then inspect the confirmation screen.

3. Switch to Kitchen Dashboard to see the order drop into slot orchestration.

4. Open Admin Dashboard to review slot pressure, redemption, and popularity metrics.
